PC Config:
Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 2.8GHZ (1066 FSB)
Mobo: Intel DG41RQ
GPU: XFX Force 9400 GT
Samsung SATA HDD 250 GB
RAM : KINGSTON 2X2 GB (kvr800d2n6/2g and kvr800d2n6/2g-SP) 800 Mhz (total 4GB)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1 (64 bit)
350 watt power supply (PSU)
LG DVD+_ DL
antivirus : Microsoft Security Essentials
Pls tell me the correct memory configuration to be set in the BIOS.?. Automatic memory config in the BIOS is creating BSODs..!!
current mem config--6-6-6-18 and 1.92volt..
Also is this both kvr800d2n6/2g and kvr800d2n6/2g-sp can be paired?....

Go to BIOS and manually set the voltage to be 1.5v

I mixed and match memory before and they're running fine. Bios will run it at the slowest timing. I think my timings changed even though both memory sticks have the same specs but I manually configured in bios.

Well tell us what happens after you change your voltage :p
