ASUS P8P67 issues

Hello all, I'm new to the forums, nice to meed you all (sorta meet).
I'm having an issue with a new ASUS P8P67 rev 3.0 motherboard, I've set it up and installed everything correctly, but I get no video.
I've tried a different video card, moving the RAM between slots, both sticks of RAM alone in every slot, clearing the CMOS and different video cards. Is there anything to do so I can get this working, or is it time to RMA it?

What card are you using? What size PSU? If the card require a separate PCIe power cable, is it plugged in?
