Asus GTX 460 Top 1GB vs GTX 295

hi, from your reviews the systems were different so it's hard to compare. Was wondering if you have anything about the comparison of those two cards?

The GTX 295 is a dual GPU card and slots between the HD5870 and GTX 480 in terms of performance. It is much larger than the GTX 460 and uses much more power.

how about performance wise? all the reviews i've found were using two different rig setups, so can't really compare them properly.

I recommend getting the non "TOP" version of the card and just overclocking it yourself. You'll save $20-30, overclocking a video card is easy and you will get better speeds than the factory OC on that card, usually around 100mhz higher.
Also I would recommend the HD6850 instead. It is cheaper and a slightly faster card;
