Not very easy. First, you need to find where the problem is and you need more than basic knowledge to do that. If you're asking the forum to fix it for you, you'll need to be more specific, as in; what do you think is wrong or what are the symptoms of the failure. In my experience (limited, for sure) you're better off replacing it or taking it to a shop which has the tools and knowledge (and i don't mean the geek squad) to find and fix the problem.
