i change HDD on my notebook and get error checksum 175.
Inside is atmel 24rf08 14pins and have reader for it, but dont how to write
and who can calculate checksum.

That chip might not be the bios chip, it might be the password chip,
don't mess with it.

See if you can download a program from IBM for reflashing the BIOS.
However, I'm suspicious that the problem is as it seems. changing the
hard drive shouldn't cause this.

sure. PASS is hire and i ofcourse know pass but if notebook want to work
well it must have good checksum.
SO i must reprogram this chip.

Try resetting the BIOS settings to factory default, sounds like
something got corrupted. You don't need to fiddle with hardware, the
firmware will rewrite the settings and generate a new checksum for
you.
