So is it worth this money? Can i upgrade my video card if there are integrated one in motherboard?

Can you find a set of two 2GB sticks that are paired in dual channel? It's more worth the money if it's not extremely expensive. Otherwise it's not a heartbreaker.

Your graphics card will override the integrated video, if any, so just plug the monitor into the video card.
