My current System:

Power: Ultra 650-Watt
MotherBoard: nForce 680i SLI
CPU: Intel Q6600 2.4 Ghz* - Wont overclock past 2.6ghz without making system unstable
RAM: 6GB PC2-6400 800 Mhz
Videocard: PNY GeForce GTX 260 216
Monitor: Acer 22" Widescreen LCD DVI (1680 * 1050)

Hi, I am going to be doing an upgrade in the next two or three months and I was wondering if it would be better for me to do a CPU/MOBO/RAM upgrade or just get a new videocard.

I would go with the CPU/MOBO/RAM upgrade with your monitor resolution and GPU. The GTX 260 216 is still a very cable card at 160x1050. You are receiving more of a bottleneck from your CPU at that resolution.
