BFG GTX 295 to GTX470

I've a BFG GTX 295, i an replace it with no paying with a eVGA GTX 470
Should i go with the it ?
I'm an eVGA fan btw !

A GTX295 is essentially the same performance as a HD5870 probably beat it in some cases. a GTX470 is inbetween the 5850 and 5870, and sometimes surpases the 5870. Going from a GTX295 to a GTX470 is a downgrade in terms of performance but still, there are the advantages of Directx11, Less power consumption, Newer Architecture. Also the GTX470 Scale well in SLI if you plan on getting another one down the road. Besides the GTX295 is old news now.

I think you should go for it.

At least you will end up with a powerful new tech GPU from a company that is not bankrupt! I would go for it.

Yeah, agree with rolli, since BFG is bankrupt, they won't provides any warranty or such things anymore...

Pfft BFG is dead. Which is Quite sad as they were pretty good.

Yes they are .. I had a 7950 from BFG long time ago .. But after the 9800 from eVGA
I totally adore them now !
