LAGS AND MAKES A ZAPPING SOUND

Hello,MY computer lags and it makes like a zapping sound, not the speakers!! What is it? hardware?

It's not good and more then likely your psu.
Pay close attention to the psu with your ears.
Disaster is imminent!

yup open the case and listen to it. you should be able to pinpoint where the sound is coming from.
i have heard cpu's whistle when they are badly seated, capacitors crackle when they have dry joints. along with some other very weird noises. get it sorted soon or you may end up with a daisy chain of fixing 1 part just for another to go.
