Hello ,

i bought the next pc:
cpu - i7 950
mobo - asus p6x58d-e
ram - g.skill ripjaws ddr3 1600 pc3-12800 3x4 gb
ssd - 2x crucial realssd c300 64gb sata3 maestro
case - nzxt phantom white/red s.e.
psu - corsair tx850 850w
monitor - samsung bx2250 21,5''
gpu - zotac geforce gtx580 AMP! edition 1536mb gddr5

so like my idea is to make a slight overclock to 3,4ghz or 3,8ghz maximum , i have been looking for a cpu fan heatsink and i saw this one
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186134
so i need to know if that fan will be better than the i7 950 fan heatsink stock and if the overclock will be viable considering that i dont have liquid cooling ,
thank you in advance.

You'll need something much more capable of dissipating heat then a small 92mm heat-sink like that.
You need a larger 120mm fan equipped cooler.
CM 212+ and the Scythe Mugen 2 are highly recommended cost effective coolers.
After that you can expect to spend $50-$100.

Thermal performance AC F7Pro vs 212+ on a cooler cpu.
