I am putting together a budget build tomorrow using an Antec Three Hundred case:

AMD 555 BE
Cooler Master HTX3
760G Mainboard
4GB RAM (2 dimms)
ATI HD 5750
Diablotek 450W PSU

I also have 2 spare 120mm fans.

I know equal air pressure is ideal but since I'm human and must err, I prefer to err on the side of negative pressure, and thus I intend to install both 120mm fans in front and seal off the side panel. My theory is that the turbulence created by placing a fan on the side panel would negate any cooling benefits since I'm only running one GPU. I figure since the case comes with ideally placed 120mm and 140mm exhausts that the case pressure will be as close to ideal as possible with two 120mm intakes.

Any comments, criticisms, or suggests are welcome.

I don't use the side fan either. Right now I have the side vent partially obstructed, but unfiltered. Not really sure why I have it that way though - I bought a filter a while back with the intent of filtering that side port.

Also, if you leave you computer off much at all, I'd recommend getting something to cover the top fan port while the computer is off to keep the dust out. A napkin works great for this.
