What motherboard do you recommend for my new gaming build?

I will be upgrading the following components
===============================================
Current setup thats been the same since 2006
Lian Li P61b Watercooled
Q6600 GO
E-VGA 680i SLI A1
E-VGA 260 GTX 216 896Mb
4Gb Corsair Dominators
Samsung 226BW 1680x1050
1200w Silverstone PSU

New Setup: (Budget upgrade from old Core 2 Series)
Antec 900 w/ Hyper 212 Plus
i5 2500K
Radeon 6870 1GB
GSkill Rip Jaw 4x2
Asus VH242H 23" 1920x1080 Monitor

I don't really care about onboard video, sli, crossfire, onboard audio, or overclocking.

Board Requirements:
1 PCI-E Slot for XFI Titanium
4 USB Inputs
1 or 2 Onboard lan ports

I'm not sure which onboard chipset would be best for my i5 2500k, but this is primarily built for 90% games, 5% websites/photos, and 5% online movies.

The last time I tried overclocking with my current E-VGA 680i SLI A1 I found so many holes at different mhz frequencies where the pc wouldn't go into windows even with 1.4v and ran into so many problems, that I just put everything back to default and decided that it just wasn't worth it. Even if I can run 3.2Ghz stable with 1422 QDR, 1.36250v, 4-4-4-12 2T its not a huge difference that I can see when currently gaming at 1680x1050. 2.7-3.0 is completely unstable there are so many holes its unbelievable, while 3.2 is rock solid for hours one end, but it likes to require a complete bios reset every 3-5 days for some reason. Which explains why I had to memorize this... (Linked, synced 1422qdr, 722 DDR 4-4-4-12 2T (Originally 1066Mhz PC8500 5-5-5-15 2T), 1.36250v, 2.100v, auto, auto, auto, auto.

This board has two ram slots, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130598&cm_mmc=CM2011_listing-_-280-_-N82E16813130598&nm_mc=CM2011_listing. It's about half the price of a z68 board, since you don't need too many features.
