ATI 5770 Driver (?) Issue

Hello, I have an XFX 5770, today I was messing around with the ATI CCC and (very stupidly) I set all the values to highest. Now, when I start up the computer, everything will run normal and after 30 seconds or so, the fans kick in at 100% and my screen starts flashing and getting black lines everywhere.

I can boot in safe mode and nothing of this happens, but it doesnt let me acess ATI CCC or uninstall the driver.
