New i5 Build freezes and reboots under high performance.

Freezes and reboots when gaming or rendering or just after long usage, sometimes it gives th BSoD.
I've tried reseating the RAM, also when I do Burn In benchmark it freezes when doing everything but nothing individually.

After trying to reseat everything and do some tests its still reboots when I am modeling in C4D or gaming (A.v.A). I'm going to run a memtest now and is it better to do 2 at a time or 1 at a time, and should I try modeling with 1 stick to see if the other is faulty, any chances this could be my GPU because I was thinking about upgrading anyways.
