I ran a system similar to yours but with higher power requirements using a quality 550W PSU (which was more than enough)

The PSU you listed is a quality brand, and should give you room to upgrade a bit in the future, but won't be enough to add a second card.

Oh yeah. A good 500W PSU would be enough. You're fine. BTW that's a nice looking build.
