i have a something that confusing me,,when i have only 1 memory stick that installed on my mobo and when im booting in and go to bios it said that i have 800 mhz unchanged mode, then now that i installed another 2gb 667 mhz it only said on the bios that i have 667 mhz.,,is that normal when i put a higher gig of ram on my cpu??
why it isnt add each 800 and 667 to make it 1467 mhz?? is that normal?

i have a 3 gb now,,but im so confuse of that instead of adding each other but it goes down,,

You are confusing the SPEED of the RAM..(800Mhz)..with the ammount of RAM (GB). If you have 2gb, and add 1gb, you then have 3gb. If your 2gb of RAM running at 800Mhz, and add 1gb of RAM running at 800Mhz, you then have 3Gb of RAM running at a speed of 800Mhz. In your case you added RAM with a speed of 667Mhz..which causes all of the RAM to run at 667Mhz, but your ammount of RAM still went up, it is the speed it operates at that went down
