I'm in a predicament... Hmmmm

I currently do not have a computer, but I am about to buy all the parts to build one (after 2 months of research). I have been closely monitoring the video card market and I realize that the release of Nvidia's and Radeon's new flagship video cards are just around the corner and I am eagerly awaiting their arrival.

My predicament comes from my inability to find a decent cheap video card that will tide me over until then. I want to play warcraft with decent framerates on mid-range graphics settings, any suggestions?

Well i have asked many computers experts this question and for any heavy gaming/video editing the card that is decent and not to expensive is the Nvidia gforce GTX460 it is a very nice card for gaming and very powerfull heres a link to the card.
