hello everyone !
i'm going 2 buy a Dell inspiron 580 with core i5-760 @ 2.8ghz and 4gb DDR3 RAM, windows 7 home premium an nvidia geforce 310.
so i wanted to change da grahics card but now i herd that ur PSU should also be good. i think da dell has a 300 watts PSU (i'm not sure )
so i wanted to ask 3 questions:
1. how to check how many watts is ur PSU?
2. can u tell me wich graphics cards can run on a 300 watt PSU? can these run a Nvidia GeForce 9500gt 1gb DDR3 , a Ati Radeon 4650 1gb or 512mb and an Ati Rdeon 5450 .
3. so out of da 3 wich is da best and if u can ... can u tell me other cards for da PSU but not very xpensive should be under $100.
thanx in advance !!!

1 Open the case and read the label, but it is a 300 watt unit
2 Any of those cards should run without a problem
3 I'd take the 4650

Only 3 more watts of power needed for this Radeon, shouldn't be a problem

well where i live (IN INDIA) they hav only geforce 310 my dad sked if they can change it so thry said only aati radeon 4350 wich is almost as good but i was surfing about da radeon 4650 and many people say that its fastesr than a GT220 . i wanted to ask if my PSU cn handle a (1gb or 512mb)4650 or a 512mb radeon 4670 or da cards mentioned before ....

i cant afford the 5670 because its out of my budget and also the 5570 so only tell about the graphics cards I mentioned above i.e radeon 4650, GT220, radeon 4670,Ati Rdeon 5450, or a Nvidia geforce 9500GT (most important card)

the required power supply 4 all xcept 9500gt (wich is 350 watts) is 400 watts stated on amd website so according to that are these 2 choices good : http//www.deltapage.com/products.php?product=Cooler-Master-PS...
and
http://www.deltapage.com/products.php?product=Cooler-Ma...
and wat is the required amount of amps on the 12v rail to run a 4670 ???
