is a cooler master extreme power plus 650w good for this system?

cpu: AMD Phenom ii X2 555 3.2GHz @ X4 B55 3.7GHz
cpu cooler: Corsair H50
mobo: ASUS M4A79XTD EVO
gpu: Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 Vapor X(possible upgrade to 5770 crossfire)
ram: (x2) Kingston Value RAM 2GB DDR3 1066MHz
case: CM Storm Scout

that series from CM is OK. they are not very efficient and may not reach that 650w in a real world scenario. better then some of the budget crap out there but not as good as the better brands in the business.

For a budget system like that, it should be fine. I'd personally recommend a higher quality unit if you plan on CrossFiring a pair of 5770s, though.
