Mobo+PSU Compatibility: Asus + Rosewill 850

I'm looking to rebuild my system, but I would rather not gut the whole thing if I can manage. I'm looking at keeping my old PSU since I haven't had any issues with it, but I want to make sure that it will work with a new mobo.

I'm looking at getting the Asus P8Z68, and I have a rosewill 850 xtreme D-B

Will this work? Or should I grab a new mobo: such as the cooler master silent pro.

Depends on your video card. With onboard video, you can use your old rosewill easily.

I'm planning on grabbing 2x Radeon 6950s. I currently use a Gtx 280s and I don't think the power consumption is that much higher? 4x 6pin vs. 1x 6 and 1x 8.

Or am I horridly mistaken.
