Also, you have 768 GTX 460 fermi listed at 186$, you can get a radeon 6850 from that website for 189$...

If you like shooting yourself in the foot, that makes sense.
As well you might as well go for the G.skill ripsaws that are 45$ instead of Mushkin's, but either should be fine. Everything else looks fine.
