Which motherboard have 2 real PWM fan socket?

I see many motherboard manual although the sys_fan socket has 4-pin, the pin4 is reserved not PWM control.
Only CPU socket give real PWM.

Which motherboard have 2 or above real PWM fan socket?

You'll have to research that one yourself. My old msi 1156 had a smartfan setting for the chasis fan and cpu fan, which is rare. Very few boards have 2 chasis fan ports.
