I run a DOs Program on T42 and it appears the program data are messed
up but when I run the same program on other computers, the outcome are
perfect. Does anyone know how I can adjust some of the notebook
setting so that I can run the program?

I am suffering from right the same problem. Does it appear only
ThinkPad? Maybe the display routine in BIOS of Thinkpad is somewhat
different.

I suppose you mean the display is messed up. Check the settings in Bios,
there probably is one which expands the display automatically in Dos.
Uncheck it and try again.

I looked at anywhere in my BIOS but could not find such a switch. There is
one called "HV Expansion" and I'm sure you do not mean it.
My BIOS version is IBM 1RETDHWW(3.13), dating 10/29/2004.
