RAM (un)Detection

Hello,

Just installed another 1 GB card of RAM on my system, (VIA 2004, I think?), but it doesn't seem to have been detected.

How much RAM is already in it? What OS are you running?

If you are running windows XP 32bit, and that 1GB stick put the system beyond 4GB you won't see it (except in BIOS). As a 32bit OS can only register up to 4GB of RAM.
