New build revision... any good?

hey guys i have a new revision to my build just wonder what what u guys think... i mostly do browsing, downloading, music and streaming movies to my ps3 (sometimes 720p or 1080p)

PSU - $76.99

the reason i picked this mobo is for the upgrade potential.

for a grand total of $378 after taxes and shipping

i think the price isnt too bad, anyone ahve any advice on how to save another $20 - $50?

you could prob shave off another $30 if you find slightly older mainboard that does not support USB3/SATA 6 GB/sec.....

yeah, i picked this one mainly cuz of the usb3 and sata3 just so in a couple years or whenever i can just drop a new processor in like x4,x6 and still be current with usb3 and sata3 and maybe even do a basic CrossFireX setup without having to upgrade the mobo..

To shed a little bit of money you could go for the Asrock 870 extreme. It has all of the same features you are looking for, for a lower price tag.
