How to configure drives on P6X58D system

Hello,
I have 2 spinpoint HD103SJ and 1 wd1002faex drive for my P6X58D system build. What would be the best configuration of these drives:
case 1: high performance?
case 2: high reliability?
Where should Win7 64bit go?

Performance vs. Reliability is your own personal preferance.

As for Windows 7, I'd put that on the WD1002FAEX so you can RAID your identical drives.

I'd put the OS and programs on the WD and put the matched drives in RAID 1 for reliability

Well I raided the hd103's and installed win7 on them, using wd1002 for backup. We'll see how it goes.
