Are you talking about the pci- express lanes or the cpu? and for what gpu? also some other system specs would be helpful.

This motherboard will not support dual graphics cards. It is a single 1x16 and does not have another graphics capable PCI-E port.

so what is the mean of ATI hybrid technology, and there is two PCI-E slot ?

ATI Hybrid means lower end ati cards that combine the power of your onboard integrateed graphics processor or IGP, and you only need two 16 lanes if you are planning on using middle to high end crossfire graphics cards
