My case has LED lights on the front (NZXT Lexa S Mid-Tower) and I don't know how to get them running.
My case has many built in wires, I looked through them coming across ones such as the case power switch...... the I found one named "PWR LED" which I figure powers the cases LED lights. It is a male molex connector but now I don't know what to do.

Thanks in advanced!

when you say led lights on the ffront, do you mean the normal power/hard drive activity lights or do you mean pretty decorative lights?
the one you found labelled pwr led is for the light that shows you the pc is on, not any pretties
but as Vanguard says, your mobo manual will have header guides and your case leads should be traceable
Moto

PWR_LED = the little pen tip sized light that indicated PC is on

HD_LED = the little pen tip sized light that indicated HD activity is taking place.

Both are two pin connectors that connect to the corresponding MoBo headers. The location will be clearly shown in your MoBo Manual.....usually at lower right corner of MoBo.
