Ati radeon hd 5770 hp a6614f

Hello,

I have a HP a6614f and am trying to install a ATI HD 5770. The system does not see the new card and after some research it seems this is due to the bios. I cannot find any bios updates for my model a6614f with mobo M2N68-LA. Is this card not going to be usable or is there a work around I am missing?

Also I have a 700w power supply and previously ran a ATI Vision All-In-Wonder card.

Have you tried disabling the onboard IGP?

I went into the bios and set the PCIe x16 as the primary video. I didnt see an option to actually disable the onboard.
