Intergraded HD graphics wont work

I cannot get the intergraded graphics to work, i cant find the driver and i didnt get a disk.
can anyone find the intergraded graphics driver for me ?

TOSHIBA satallite c650 notebook
4gig ram
i3 2,40ghz
32 bit windows 7

I recommend starting here....(there are about 20 options for C650, get the correct one!)
