I currently have a pc that I built about 8 years ago and still runs awesome but I am now starting to game again and need an updated machine. I only play Nascar Racing 2003 and the new mods/updates make my machine struggle more for a good FPS. I thought of just upgrading my video card and better memory but unsure of what to expect so I'm really looking to just build again. Here is the kit and video card I'm looking to buy:

I won't buy an OS cause I bought WinXP Home Edition when i built the first pc and will install it on this new pc too, I just really like WinXp and see no reason to spend $100 for Win7. Would there be an issue with me doing this? Thanks.
