How much power (psu) will be needed?

For GS 7300 PCI'e 256mb nvidia card, to be assembled in a pc how much psu will be required.
Will this card runs on a pc with 250 w of PSU ?????

A 7300GS uses almost no power(15w or less) so don't worry about it.
