I picked up some hardware from a local MicroCenter and built up a little budget rig. My question is, should I buy a card now or wait for Black Friday or even Christmas?

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Now until Christmas.
BUDGET RANGE: Looking for around $75 or less before rebates.
USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT:Gaming - HL2 engine games, Starcraft II, WoW, Diablo III.
My Current GPU: N/A(HD 3000 Onboard)
Current PSU: MGE 400w
OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: AMD Phenom II x2 555 BE Unlocked into Tri-Core. Biostar A780L Motherboard. 2GB DDR2-6400 RAM.
PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Frys/Microcenter ( Because they're local ), Newegg, Amazon, Tigerdirect, Etc.
PARTS PREFERENCES: Cheaper? Lol.
OVERCLOCKING: Maybe, but no SLI/Crossfire
MONITOR RESOLUTION: 17" Monitor maxes out at 1280x1024. Maybe upgrade in the future but right now my onboard only handles 800x600 for games, on low-medium settings.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I don't need a super extensive graphics card, I mainly game on my PS3 but I would like to have a computer with decent specs. If I were to buy used I would most likely want it local so I can also check my local craigslist. Also I'm looking for a GPU thats easy on power so no power connector would be nice.

I was currently looking at the 4650 at newegg on sale for my resolution, it's only like $50. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
