Hi,
Is there any CPU player that dont cheat fuel ?
I was play test game with Tholians agaist The Q
and its really annoying that it cheat fuel

Well, the "strongest cplayer there is" meant "in direct comparison with
other cplayers", i.e. when Spacelord is playing against other cplayers
it will win almost every game. Of course, it is still no match for human
players...
