System locking after a while

Over the last few weeks, I have sat down to my system to find it non-responsive. Monitor is asleep, and mouse and/or kb do not bring the computer up. It seems to be locked up.

Is there anything in the logs I can check to see what happened? I am folding on this machine, so I would like it to stay running.

I have verified that the computer is set to never go to sleep or hibernate. The only thing set to go off is the display after 15 mins. Everything else is never.

Performance power management features on processor 0 in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware.

Found that. Mean anything?
