Apple 27" LED Monitor

I'm mostly a mac user but decided to build a PC for gaming. I pretty much copied the $2000 build with a Gigabyte X58A, i7 970 and 2X GTX-460 and it's working great. The only issue is that I have a 27" Cinema Display with a mini display port that I would like to use. I thought I could just use this:

But it looks AWFUL and won't go up to 2560x1440. Is there another card that I can put in in addition to the 460s just to get a display port output? Should I swap out one of my evga 460s for this one?

I've been searching around and haven't found an answer to get native resolution on a non-bootcamp PC.
