Motherboard Failure?

Hi there

So recently and unexpectedly, my motherboard somehow lost its microcode. I am currently using an Asrock P67 Extreme4 and I discovered this using the Dr. Debug system on-board. So after some browsing online, I determined that the best solution would be to reset it using the clear CMOS switch. Afterwards, it completely failed to boot and would automatically restart itself after about two seconds. According the the Dr. Debug system, this occurs when the CPU post-memory is initialized.

My build:

Motherboard: Asrock P67 Extreme4
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-2500 Processor (6M Cache, 3.30 GHz)
Memory: Corsair DDR3 2x4GB 1333MHZ
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti Superclocked 1GB (01G-P3-1563-AR)
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Black (WD5002AALX) 500GB

Any help will be appreciated!
