Graphic card help

I took my pc to staples becouse at first i got the blue screen of death the amessage came up that i did not read i hit enter and nothing ?? now my pc turns on but i get nothing on my monitor sooo staples said that my graphic card was fried and so i was wondering what kind of graphic card i should get not to expencive but not a cheap one either my spec's hp pavilion a6300f (nvidia Geforce 7100 graphics) 2048MB,500GB,intel pent dual-core processor E2180,windows vista thanks
