You will be able to on a Z68 with the Lucid Virtu that Wisecracker linked to.
However please note that your perspective may be too short term;
IF you were going to invest in a Z68 board (plus CPU and RAM),
THEN your graphics card or onboard graphics is going to be the bottleneck anyway (assuming that is the reason you are trying to hedge your bets.
Not a bad idea all in all, but you are going to compromise performance either way. If your current GPU is medium or lesser, and if your are investing in a new platform anyway, why not just get a good GPU to go with it. A $200 GPU will handle anything you have - unless you are an extreme gamer, which you say you are not.
