Its an outdated PC and not recommended for gaming at all.
There are much better CPUs and VGAs like Intel Core i7/AMD Phenom II and Nvidia GTX 4xx GPUs and AMD's HD 5xxx.

It won't be able to play modern games at all, and would struggle to play older games. So I would say its a bad gaming PC.

How much - better be very inexpensive to be a deal. As stated it won't play new games well if at all. Processor is old and only a single thread, not much memory and a small HD. Probably an ok setup for older games and surfing the net but upgrades will cost some $$ if you even can so I wouldn't buy it. The 6800gt isn't too bad for older games IMHO do maybe you can keep that with a new build for a while.
