E7400 heatsink on Q9300

Hello,I'm thinking of buying a Q9300. But it does not come with a heatsink. Can I use a stock heatsink from my E7400?

The e7400 cooler will work, but a cheap 3rd part cooler like the Hyper 212+ will be much more effective at removing extra heat from the quad.
