Hello everyone!

I have a PC that i built about 9 months ago that won't post a boot. I've tried everything other than throwing it out the window. I've read and did the steps in this post below also. (The pic of the mobo in the post is the same exact one).

I believe my MOBO is the culprit as there are alot of angry folks with this same exact one but i wanted to get more insight from the community before i buy a non-Asus MOBO!!!!!
My build is

CPU:AMD Phenom x4 955 BE
PSU: OCZ 700watt and a back up 430watt thermaltake
RAM: Corsair DDR3 1333 4 gig
GPU: Radeon HD 5850 1gig
HDD: 500 gig WD x2

More about : system post boot

430 watt PSU would not really tell you much, as it is not enough.....especially given a gpu, and 2 hard drives.

PSU is number one suspect here; remove the GPU entirely(freeing up 100 watts), disconnect all hard drives, and see if the mainboard then beeps a code that shows signs of life, mainly, that it is trying to post, but, can't find a video card....

Ensure you have all cpu fans and supplemental cpu power inputs to mb connected....

I took out the video card an took out all the HDD's with both psu's, but neither one posts to the bios. Even took out the ram but no beeps or post.
