CPU- Get the 955BE instead even with stock cooling you'll be able to overclock it past the 965 speeds it's just a better deal

Mobo- Good Choice

vid card- Good Choice

HDD- Good Choice

RAM- Looks like a great deal but you only really need 4gb for gaming it's your choice though and that is one good deal
