Gigabyte ga z68xp ud4 audio

Hi, looking at the gigabyte ga z68xp ud4, and wanted to know if it would support the Astra A40 gaming headset which allows chat over the USB cable. They specify they require a board with Dolby Digital Live support.

Or would I still need to run a dedicated sound card?
