I am new to system building. I need suggestions. I know what kind of motherboard to get but have no clue which one? I am asking three questions: What would be the best motherboard to buy for the best price without regards to overclocking (I don't know how to overclock)? What would be the best motherboard to buy for the best price with regards to doing a little bit of overclocking? Should I just buy an EVGA motherboard for the support?

This is the build i am seeking for diablo II (understand it is overkill) and other games:
