Computer copy files slowly fix

computer copy files very slowly one drive to other drive please tell me to fix this problem i worried

What device are you copying from? Is it a hard disk drive, external hard disk drive, USB flash drive, CD/DVD drive, diskette drive, etc.

If there are alot of small files it will take a lot longer than a few large files, if the driving is doing a lot of seeking too it will take awhile. But it would help to know what ko888 asked for.

hey every one
i m having same problem
usning intel xeon(2 dual core proceessors)
4gb ram
2 tb hard drive..
facing common problem..my hard drive have bad sectors upto 50 gb which i have excluded from os(tried on xp and 7 both having same problem)
copies upto 8 or 9 mbps..
betwenn partition and inter partition
plz help
i used hdd tune. i think main problem is that my cpu load doesnot exceed from 3-4%
