Fresh install w7 new build

Hi,I am about to put together my new desktop,I have os w7 on ssd in my pc at the moment but I am going to put the drive in the new pc.Do I need to do a fresh install of windows 7 on the ssd when I add it to new pc,thanks!

You could do a fresh install which would have the best performance out of the ssd or you could clone your drive onto the SSD if it is small enough using cloning software
