RMA mobo question

If I RMA my mobo, it will not affect the hard drive and I can just plug and play again when I get it back right?

if it is the same model, then it is ok.

The issue is not hard drive but the mobo drivers. So if you get different model, you will need to install the drivers for the new mobo. Ideally is to reinstall windows.
