Personally I would have used this, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Great budget board and has all the features 20$ more boards have at a lower price. Plus it is a well respected company. Another thing, is it the 7200.12 Barracuda? or just the 7200RPM Barracuda? Both a very different.

But for the budget, most of my choices would be the same. Cept the mobo and HDD as i said. Maybe woulda gotten a 6850. But from 460 to 6850 theres no big difference.

I agree on the ASRock mobo; I've used several of their boards without any issues at all. Still, there can be advantages to having an onboard GPU as a backup. That's a minor issue, though and doesn't have a meaningful effect on performance.
Otherwise your machine should be a competent gamer. A new SB may be [a lot] faster in general, but probably won't make much difference in games, which are more dependent on the GPU. It probably won't fit in your budget either.

Well, the board came in as a bundle so If I choose that, it will jack up the price a lot. It included memory, motherboard, hard drive, and processor. If you can find a better bundle with all those things and the same price(or lower) with the same processor (or better) that would be great. But no 6 cores! By the way what is SB?
