System restore turned off cannot be turned on

Hello,
my system restore and boot in safe mood is turned off by some virus, restore can no be turned on from system the on icon is dimmed and disabled

Start my cleaning your system of the virus.

1) Download update and run Malwarebytes.
2) Download and run microsoft live safety scaner.
3) Update and scan your anitvirus software or get some.

with the virus gone you should be able to turn on the system restore.
